What we collect
Documents you upload for processing, basic account details if you create an account, and technical logs (request metadata, never document contents).
Why we collect it
To provide OCR and document processing, to protect the service from abuse, and to operate accounts, billing and support.
How documents are processed
OCR runs on our own infrastructure using open-source engines. Public documents are not shared with third-party AI services by default.
How long files are retained
Public uploads are retained for up to 7 days before automatic deletion. Sensitive 'process & delete' documents target a maximum of 3 days. See the Data Retention Policy.
How you can delete your data
You may delete documents from your account at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us.
Third-party processors
We use infrastructure and payment providers strictly to operate the service. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable UAE law.
